Position : Customer Relations Executive
Location : Remote (Delhi-based candidates preferred)
Experience : Minimum 2+ years

Role & Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound client calls professionally
Arrange and coordinate client meetings
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Maintain records of client interactions and share regular updates with the reporting manager
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client queries in a timely manner
Requirements
Key Requirements :
Graduate in any stream (non-technical background preferred)
Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer relations, client servicing, or a similar role
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
Confident, proactive, and client-focused
Ability to manage multiple client interactions efficiently

Requirements
Qualifications : Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior executives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential information. Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Experience in supporting C-suite executives or board-level stakeholders. Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
