Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced Network Data Analyst II to work in one of our Segra offices. This is not a remote role.

Role Overview :

The Network Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining the company's on-net / near-net building list which leads to future sales opportunities. Will assist the Director of Network Strategy in ensuring that the 500K+ list is accurate. This role is also responsible for generating and auditing Service Level Agreement (SLA) Service Delivery and Assurance reports. This role will drive reduced monthly expenses as it pertains to SLA Credits awarded to Carrier customers.

Required Qualifications :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably network-focused within a NOC or a data center
• Must be proficient in Excel, especially with pivot tables and working with large data sets (thousands of rows)
