Senior Procurement Analyst, Central Purchasing

Under the supervision of the Deputy Agency Chief Contracting Officer, the Senior Procurement Analyst for Central Purchasing will directly supervise staff to ensure the contract management of centrally purchased goods and services are accurately planned and managed. Responsibilities include reviewing and approving work of the Central Purchasing staff, managing users of central subscriptions, overseeing the intake and submission of requisitions, receiving and submitting vendor invoices for payment, monitoring contract burn rate, and maintaining payment tracking reports.

To be eligible, candidates must have at least a four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent and six months of the experience described in the minimum requirements. Special notes include eligibility for placement in Assignment Level II and III based on additional experience and supervisory duties.
