Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant

A company is looking for a Cloud HCM Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle global implementations of Oracle HCM, focusing on configuration and project deliverables

Facilitate business process workshops and requirements gathering sessions to define relevant processes

Ensure successful testing of solutions and coordinate with Oracle for support and enhancements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, with 3-4 years of consulting or 7-9 years of relevant work experience

Experience implementing projects using an Agile Iterative approach

Understanding of Oracle design best practices and standard business process flows

Fluency in English and willingness to work in a dynamic, multinational team

Functional practitioner experience in HR and expertise in at least 3 Oracle modules is preferred
