Job Description : As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, your days will be full, fast-paced and challenging. You will meet with candidates, consult with business partners, network within the industry, and strategize ongoing improvements and new ideas to help us meet our operational goals. You will live our brand by questioning authority, taking educated risks, and thinking like an owner. You will leverage your strengths in relationship building regularly, partnering with colleagues across all levels and departments of the organization (Property Management, Organization and Talent Development, Facilities, Investments, etc.) with the shared goal of maximizing the potential of employee and asset performance in your region.
Under the general supervision of the VP of HR Transformation, the Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for the overall sourcing, recruitment, and placement of candidates for market and corporate positions to meet current and future staffing needs. The role develops and uses diverse recruiting strategies to fill openings promptly, ensuring a strategic, creative, cost-effective candidate sourcing process while managing the candidate experience in alignment with Equity Residential brand. Primary functions include building and maintaining a diverse candidate pipeline, screening, interviewing, hiring, developing a college / university / trade school recruiting strategy, driving diversity talent initiatives, presenting a diverse slate of talent to the hiring team, analyzing compensation trends and making salary recommendations, coaching hiring managers on interviewing and hiring decisions, and analyzing results of recruiting strategies and turnover.

Job Qualification Requirements
Salary : $94,000 - $115,000 per year; in addition to base salary, a discretionary annual 13% bonus is provided. Starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
