CDL-A Regional Driver Weekly Home

10-4 Logistics USA seeks experienced and recent-graduate CDL-A truck drivers for regional dry-van runs in the Northeast. This opportunity provides predictable schedules, modern equipment, paid mentor-led training, and 100% no-touch freight , designed to support truck drivers who value regular home time and consistent earnings.

Compensation :

Base pay : $0.80 per mile

Performance bonus : Up to an additional $0.03 per mile based on safety, mileage, and productivity

Accessorial pay : Multi-stop : $20 (first stop), $35 (second stop), $50 (third and subsequent stops)

Long Island premium : $65

Detention : $12.50 per hour (after 2 hours)

Paid training : Mentor-led 4–6 weeks; training pay $650 per week

Home time : Weekly

Area of operation and equipment :

• Regional routes serving the Northeast
• Late-model Freightliner tractors with automatic transmissions
• Dry-van freight with 100% no-touch drop-and-hook operations
