Job descriptionProvide exceptional care to residents, positively influencing their lives and well-being. Oversee daily nursing operations, including medication administration and resident support, ensuring optimal functioning for each individual. Develop your leadership skills by supervising CNAs, guiding them to deliver top-quality care. Access continuous education and professional development resources to support your growth and success. Current LPN or LVN license issued by the State Board of Nursing. Ability to collaborate effectively with patients, physicians, and fellow team members. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
