Position : Retreading Facility Supervisor
What You'll Do :
- Oversee daily operations and ensure production goals are met
- Train, coach, and supervise team members' performance
- Assist in the production process and help in stations that are falling behind
- Maintain production quality and safety standards
- Manage schedules, payroll, and inventory levels
- Ensure routine maintenance is performed on retreading production equipment
- Facilitate repairs on production equipment as needed
- Address customer and employee concerns with effective solutions
