Minimum Qualifications
Active member in good standing with the Florida BarDemonstrated experience in family lawProven history of passionate representation and client serviceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Clio knowledge is a plus)Advanced knowledge in litigation and client relationsMastery of Zoom video conferencing for court presentationsAbility to work independently and produce superior work productKey Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive legal advice and analysis to clientsManage complex high-asset divorce casesHandle parental responsibility and timesharing casesNavigate cases involving domestic violence, substance abuse, and mental health issuesRepresent clients in court proceedings and mediationsDraft legal pleadings, motions, and ordersLead team members including Paralegals and professional staffMaintain a fast-paced workload with attention to detailBenefits and Perks
