Client Service Associate
Curated Wealth Partners is seeking a client service associate for our wealth management firm in El Segundo, CA. We are a multi-family office and investment advisory firm working with ultra-high-net-worth families. We believe our clients are our partners and we guide them through financial challenges and opportunities. We are seeking a client service associate who can help us provide our clients with exceptional service. You will be the point person in helping to conduct the smooth operation of a fast-paced and friendly wealth management office. This is not a sales position.
Salary and benefits :
- Salary range will be $95,000 - $105,000 based on experience
- Eligible for participation in the firm's profit sharing plan
- 401(k) with 4% employer matching

Duties and responsibilities include :
Respond to and manage client service requests via phone, email, and CRMMove money among a variety of different accounts at the direction of senior advisorsHandle documentation and execution of opening accountsPrepare subscription documents for private equity, venture capital, and direct investmentsEnter and maintain client info in our CRM and client recordsProvide administrative support to the firm's advisorsCoordinate with different teams to manage client service requests and communication with clientsWork through complex issues many of our clients have alternative investments and complex organizational structures which require research, accuracy, and diligencePosition requirements :
3 years of experience in wealth management / financial servicesExperience with Schwab Advisor CenterAbility to manage a variety of tasks and calendar itemsProfessional administrative writing and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as within a team and prioritize tasks appropriatelyAbility to manage your own time we do not micromanageHigh attention to detailExcellent client service and relationship management skillsNot required but a big plus : experience with any of our systems Salesforce, Fidelity, Addepar, Monday.comThe process :
Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30 minute zoom interview conducted by our consultant who is the hiring manager for this position. If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a career history form. If you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates will be asked to take assessments.
