Job Description401(k) PEP Operations Specialist
Summary / objective
The 401(k) PEP Operations Specialist acts as a liaison between the 401k provider, clients and TPA to resolve 401k Operation issues and make sure the plan is being set up and administered correctly and efficiently. Ensures all client requests are handled effectively, timely and accurately and prepares the integration and conversion process.
Core Job Duties
Partner with and provide exceptional customer service to our customers who are part of our 401(k) Pooled Employer Plan. This position requires diligent effort, acting as the liaison between the 401k provider, the TPA and the PEP Implementation team to make sure the plan is set up accurately, converted and integrated. They also work directly with the clients to resolve 401k related issues. This includes ensuring all client requests are handled effectively, timely and accurately. This position is responsible for preparing the set up for integration and handling day-to-day retirement plan administration for the adopters under our plan. This member must be able to manage and prioritize multiple and competing deadlines in addition to displaying good time management.
