We are seeking a full-time Supervising Pharmacist (Pharmacist in Charge – PIC) to lead our pharmacy operations. This role is ideal for a pharmacist who values autonomy, work-life balance, and the chance to practice in a community-centered, independent setting.

Compensation : $58 - $63 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the designated Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) , ensuring compliance with NJ Board of Pharmacy regulations
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, staff, and workflow
• Accurately verify and dispense prescriptions
• Provide patient counseling and administer immunizations (if certified)
• Maintain records, compliance, and adherence to federal / state regulations
• Train, supervise, and support pharmacy technicians and staff
• Collaborate with ownership on quality improvement and clinical service expansion
