🩺 Role Overview

As a Clinical Supervisor , you will :

Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate operations and patient care in designated areas

Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients

Support managerial duties delegated by leadership

Provide hands-on nursing care as needed

Uphold Mercy’s mission, values, and Service Standards

Supervise Med / Surg – Adults / Peds, Medical Surgical, and Cardiac Telemetry units

🎓 Qualifications

Minimum Required :

Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing ( willingness to obtain BSN )

Current RN Temporary Permit or RN License in Missouri

2–3 years of patient care experience

CPR certification

Preferred :

BS in Nursing, Nursing Management, or Healthcare Business-related field

Supervisory or management experience
