Job Description

We are seeking a highly strategic and collaborative Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to lead annual and seasonal brand planning, develop compelling creative briefs, and drive cross-functional alignment to bring our brand narrative and positioning to life. This role ensures that all brand campaigns and seasonal marketing moments consistently reflect and reinforce the brand's story, values, and identity.

What you'll get to do :

Annual & Seasonal Planning

• Translate established brand strategy into actionable seasonal plans and integrated campaign frameworks.
• Lead development of the seasonal brand marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities and brand narratives.
• Partner closely with leadership on annual planning cycles, contributing insights and recommendations that inform future strategies.

The salary range for this role is $137,700 per year - $176,610 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
