Must be Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible

Proficiency required in epidurals, spinals, and blocks

Licensure :

Active Indiana license preferred

Will consider those needing to obtain one

IN PCF (Patient Compensation Fund) coverage required

Schedule :

Day Hours : 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM

Call Hours : 4 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM

Call Type : OR & OB, Primary and Secondary

Call Response Time : 20 minutes

Clinical Setting : Supervision : By MDs

Number of Providers Per Day : 6

Case Types : ENDO

OB (approx. 400-500 deliveries / year

Caselogs Required : Yes (must show proof of epidurals, spinals, blocks)

Credentialing :

Timeframe : 60-90 days
