Our client is a fast-growing startup at the intersection of cloud, AI / ML, cybersecurity, and data management within the smart mobility and IoT ecosystem. They are looking for a talented Solutions Architect to join the North America team.
Responsibilities
Communicate technical and business benefits of solutions to prospects and customers.Gather requirements, identify challenges, design solutions, run demos / workshops, and lead POCs / POVs with customers, partners, sales, and CS teamsLead design and implementation of GenAI cloud, data management, and security solutions integrating multiple products and vendorsProvide strategic advisory, technical project management, service reviews, escalation management, and trainingQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, or in a similar technical role within B2B SaaSBackground working in high-growth startup environmentsProven success navigating complex, fast-paced, and global work settingsExceptional interpersonal, communication, and cross-team collaboration skillsIndustry experience in cybersecurity, automotive, or data-driven SaaS platformsBased in Detroit or Boston areaSeniority level
