Construction Project Manager - Multifamily

We’re seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager - Multifamily to join a growing team in the Tampa area. This is a key leadership role overseeing ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a proven ability to deliver quality projects on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do :

• Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Oversee project timelines, costs, and quality standards to ensure successful completion.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, owners, and field teams.
• Review and manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Lead regular meetings and provide progress updates to ownership.
• Partner with Superintendents to align field operations with project goals.
