RiteScreen is the leading producer of custom screens for windows and patio doors. We’re adding a Fenestration Screen Fabrication Specialist to our production team.

Your impact

  • Fit and secure mesh into pre-assembled frames using hand tools to create a clean, finished screen.
  • Maintain steady throughput by moving materials efficiently between stages.
  • Perform routine inspections on completed screens to verify specifications and consistency.
  • Spot production variances, report concerns to supervision, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Resolve minor production problems on the spot.
  • Keep your tools, equipment, and work area in excellent condition.
  • Follow safety protocols, wear required PPE, complete safety training, and uphold 5S workplace standards.
  • Must-haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of related manufacturing experience; window / door industry exposure is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow written / visual instructions accurately.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for minor process issues.
  • Team orientation, clear communication, willingness to collaborate and cross-train.
  • Comfort working quickly while maintaining quality and adapting to changing priorities.

  • Lean manufacturing familiarity and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Physical & environmental requirements

  • Extended standing with repetitive hand tasks.
  • Work at a consistent pace; handle bursts of fast-paced activity as needed.
  • Regular walking, reaching, and handling of materials and components.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs without assistance.
  • Read safety / operational documentation; differentiate colors; refocus vision for close tasks.
  • Hear and communicate clearly to coordinate with teammates and leadership.
  • Use manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination for assembly and equipment operation.
  • Safety-first stretching

  • Join mandatory guided stretching before and during shifts.
  • Perform basic mobility movements (bending, reaching, light motion).
  • Participate in standing and dynamic stretching per safety guidance.
  • Apply ergonomic best practices to minimize strain.
