Job Description

• Design and implement efficient catheter manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes into production workflows.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process improvements.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including work instructions and validation protocols.
• Support the scale-up of manufacturing processes from prototype to full production.
• Monitor and analyze process performance metrics to identify areas for optimization.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all manufacturing activities.
• Provide technical training and support to production staff as needed.
