Job Summary :
Seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties in South Florida. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong track record in lease administration, CAM reconciliations, financial oversight, tenant relations, and asset optimization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations, asset plans, and property performance to maximize ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements, mitigate risks, and resolve operational challenges.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgets, CAM reconciliations, and rent collection.
- Direct property inspections, CAPEX projects, and tenant improvements to maintain high standards.
- Manage service contracts and vendor performance for cost-effective operations.
- Provide analytical support and insights to senior leadership.
