About this Role :

The Studio Manager is responsible for the team development, financial performance, operational excellence of multiple studios within an assigned area. The Senior Studio Manager serves as a market lead influencing performance, offering development, and ensuring brand standards.

Studio Leadership

• Leads by example and inspires a team first culture
• Ensures team retention at all levels
• Ensures accountability of clean standards in all studios
• Supports studio teams in delivering on client experience and handling conflict resolution
• Accountable for operational excellence and execution of company initiatives
• Coaches and develops a team of studio support and service providers
