What We Offer

For over 40 years New Hanover Medical Group - now a part of Novant Health - has provided superior healthcare and wellness for the entire family. Based out of six coastal locations, we have 42 physicians on staff, including family medicine, pediatrics, Med / Peds and internal medicine. We are looking to bring on three additional physicians in 2025 and 2026 as we continue to grow. We have the lowest physician turnover in the Southeast! Work a 4-and-a-half-day week with minimal call. We typically see about 22 -25 patients a day with plenty of back-up available, i.e. NPs and specialists on staff. Inhouse lab and imaging. Dedicated medical assistant or LPN.

A generous two-year salary guarantee plus a comprehensive benefits package will be offered. Top 10% earnings for primary care in the US.
