Maintenance Supervisor

About the Position : We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who is highly organized, passionate about doing things right, and eager to guide a maintenance team to success.

Job Duties Include :

• Overseeing the upkeep of apartment units, buildings, and grounds
• Conducting regular property inspections and addressing any maintenance issues
• Managing inventory for maintenance equipment, parts, and supplies
• Mentoring and training the maintenance staff to deliver excellent results
• Coordinating with the Community Manager to meet property goals
• Diagnosing and performing repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC
• After hours duties as necessary including rotating on-call and snow removal
