Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Service Superintendent to oversee a crew on large-scope commercial service projects. This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, quality control, and ensuring all work meets safety standards and manufacturer specifications.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a service crew on large-scale repair and maintenance projects
• Inspect, diagnose, and guide repairs on TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Modified Bitumen, and Metal roofs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, company safety standards, and warranty guidelines
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality from start to finish
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, building managers, and internal leadership
• Mentor and develop crew members to strengthen performance and consistency
