In this role, you will:
- Support product management including product transformation activities that launch and mature the product areas supporting enterprise resiliency.
- Ensure design for quality and operational effectiveness in delivered services or supporting solutions
- Develop, implement, and maintain key indicators that align to product objectives with customer and delivery team sentiment measures that are aligned to key strategy
- Design solutions supporting automation for product operations or customer experience, specifically Analytics, Monitoring, Dashboards or Data Governance related value streams
- Support teams who build solutions that integrate with complex internal systems or data sources that perform required processes in support of resilient service delivery
- Collaborate and consult with various architecture and technology teams to provide customers with best possible solutions and avoid duplication of systems or services
- Provide research and guidance for leveraging new technology where applicable in the support of the customer needs and thorough the product and its vision
Required Qualifications, US:
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with Tableau, PowerBI or other qualified intelligence platforms
- 2+ years of experience working in Agile Teams or Agile Transformation Programs
- 3+ years of experience working with Data Tools
- Ability to evaluate problems and quickly develop recommended solutions or prototypes
- Strong knowledge of Agile Principles, product operating models and Agile Playbooks
- Experience working with Agile Tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jira Align, Jira Service desk
- Knowledge with some experience maintaining or delivering Workflow Platforms (Appian, PowerPlatform, Alfresco, GTMhub, Nintex on SharePoint, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to influence working on highly matrixed teams with experience working closely with offshore teams
- Strong leadership with demonstrated performance capabilities within large financial organizations that have complex organizational and broad technology structures
- SQL, MongoDB, DataLake, Cloud Computing or other Data and Infrastructure related skills and competencies are a plus
