Accountant

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations for a growing company in the North Houston area. This position plays a key role in financial accuracy, job costing, payroll, and reporting — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment that blends manufacturing and construction accounting.

Manage day-to-day accounting : A / P, A / R, general ledger, and reconciliations.

Record vendor bills, invoices, and job-related expenses in QuickBooks Online.

Process and reconcile weekly payroll for field and office employees.

Generate and review customer invoices; monitor aging reports and collections.

Prepare reports for management including cash flow, job profitability, and AR aging.

Support month-end close, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
