Location : 8635 W. 3rd Street, Los Angeles, CA 90048

Float Location : 1192 Hilhurst Ave, Los Feliz, CA 90027

Shift : 8 hours between 0600-1800.

• Experience with the following OBGYN procedures required : PAP, Coplo, Leep, D&C, EMB, IUD insertions / removals, Nexplanon, and NST
Required :
• CA License
• BLS (AHS or ARC)
• Flu Vaccination (no declinations / no exemptions)
• IV / Blood Draw Certified
• 1 Year of OBGYN experience
• 2 Years of overall LVN experience

Preferred :

• Epic experience
