Engineer II, Telephony

The Engineer II, Telephony analyzes and defines business requirements to determine specifications and standards. Deploys and oversees implementation and integration of cloud-based applications, ensuring that appropriate information security standards are met. Collaborates with management to identify opportunities to streamline technology processes and to develop new procedures that support the business unit / department.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of web infrastructure security, priorities, and ongoing departmental cyber security work. Proposes and develops solutions.
• Administers all aspects of web infrastructure including architecture, operations, troubleshooting, and automation.
• Responds to and solves critical security incidents in real time to protect the organization's members and brand.
• Configures, administers, and maintains the Pivotal Cloud Foundry application platform.
• Evaluates, tests, and implements new security infrastructure solutions / technologies.
• Develops, documents, and evangelizes infrastructure security best practices and guidelines.
• Collaborates and partners with Information Security to ensure highest level of security for infrastructure.
