Windows System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Windows / Linux Systems Engineer to manage, maintain, and support our enterprise server infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Windows and Linux operating systems, automation, and system security. This role involves ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability across hybrid environments.

NOTE : This is Jr to Mid Level and max required experience is 4years.

Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) environments.
• Manage Active Directory , DNS , DHCP , Group Policy , and file / print services .
• Implement and manage user authentication , permissions , and access controls .
• Perform system upgrades , patch management , and vulnerability remediation .
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performance bottlenecks, and service outages.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell , Bash , or Python scripts.
• Collaborate with network, security, and DevOps teams to maintain a secure and resilient infrastructure.
• Configure and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).
• Monitor system performance and availability using tools like Nagios , Zabbix , or SolarWinds .
• Support backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and policies.
