Our baby boy is expected in December, after a few weeks of maternity leave, my wife will have to return to work part-time on a semi-irregular basis, as her job requires driving to job sites occasionally, and I work 12 hour days. We explored day care, but it would sit better with both of us to have a trusted nanny in our own home. Pay is negotiable, this is our first venture into the nanny world. Ideal candidates will be very comfortable with newborns, and apparently trustworthy. The time frame for this probably starts in early January, typical hours are probably ~0600 - ~... give or take.
