IT Group Manager

A company is looking for an IT Group Manager - ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

Direct a program team of over 40 members, including five IT project managers

Spearhead a multi-year initiative to enhance automation, data governance, and AI integration

Build and advance Service Management capabilities with a modern, scalable framework

Required Qualifications

Minimum seven years of experience managing professionals, technologies, or project delivery

Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, or a related field with four years of relevant experience

Extensive experience in leading projects, programs, and portfolios

Prior experience with large-scale enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementations

Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with senior IT management
