We're looking for a Retail Shift Lead who's passionate about creating magical guest experiences, inspiring teams, and keeping the LEGO fun alive in our retail world! About The Role

As a Retail Shift Lead, you'll take charge of daily retail operations, helping guests find the perfect LEGO set while leading your team to success. You'll serve as Supervisor on Duty, supporting multiple departments from Retail and Admissions to Food & Beverage ensuring every guest has a seamless, joy-filled visit. You'll also play a key role in training, coaching, and motivating our front-line team members to deliver world-class service and keep our shop looking awesome!

Qualifications & Experience

High school diploma or GED required; college coursework a plus. At least 6 months of experience in retail, attractions, or hospitality. A passion for entertaining children and families. Strong leadership and communication skills you know how to energize a team! A love for customer service and an ability to turn guest interactions into memorable moments. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Able to train and motivate others while leading by example.

Schedule & Work Environment

Must be available for flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role requires standing and walking throughout your shift, occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs), and working in varied temperatures or sound levels.
