Advisacare is urgently hiring for the role of home healthcare and hospice community liaison. As a community liaison you will be responsible for building meaningful connections with physicians, hospitals, and healthcare facilities in and around Oakland county, playing a crucial role in the growth of all service lines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to promote all AdvisaCare service lines.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and community organizations.
• Conduct presentations and educational sessions to raise awareness of home health and hospice within the community
• Assess and identify the needs of potential clients and their families in the home health and hospice sector
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
