As a Senior Designer / Architect, you will be a key player in the development of complex and innovative architectural projects. This role will require you to work closely with a team of skilled professionals, as well as independently, to ensure the successful execution of projects. You will play a pivotal role in creating and implementing design strategies that will enhance the efficiency and aesthetic appeal of various structures.
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement innovative design concepts for various architectural projects.
2. Utilize Revit and Bluebeam software to create, edit, and manage architectural drawings and plans.
3. Collaborate with a team of engineers, designers, and architects to ensure the successful execution of projects.
4. Review and analyze project specifications to ensure they align with client requirements and industry standards.
5. Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of projects and ensure the design plans are being followed accurately.
6. Provide expert advice and guidance to junior designers and architects.
7. Participate in client meetings to present design concepts and gather feedback.
8. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the engineering industry to enhance the quality of design strategies.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the engineering industry with a focus on design and architecture.
3. Proficiency in Revit - Bluebeam is a plus!
4. Strong knowledge of architectural principles, techniques, and standards.
5. Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts in a clear and concise manner.
7. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome design challenges.
9. Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the engineering industry.
10. Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
