Job description

Overview

NuLeaf Naturals LLC., a leading manufacturer of CBD products, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Production Specialist . This is an onsite role located in Englewood, CO.

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Specialist is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment on the production lines and preparing items for distribution. Duties include assembling and checking product parts, ensuring machinery runs smoothly, and assisting in labeling and shipping of items. This position works a 4x10 schedule, Monday – Thursday.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor equipment within manufacturing setting
  • Assemble materials for daily production runs
  • Assist with preventative maintenance of manufacturing equipment under supervision
  • Clean production area and equipment, including pre- and post-run cleaning and daily environmental cleaning
  • Promote safety, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Record all pertinent information onto batch records
  • Ensure accuracy by tracking items and lot numbers during production
  • Maintain GMP compliance
  • Maintain accurate inventory, including location counts and EOM reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office platforms
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or cleanroom setting preferred
  • Safety-first and continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to lift, push, or slide packages up to 50 lbs frequently
  • Comfortable standing or walking for up to 10 hours
  • Ability to work a 4x10 schedule, with occasional weekends
  • Proficient with computers and adaptable to new software platforms
  • Compensation :

    Starting hourly wage : $20-$22 per hour , paid bi-weekly (less taxes and deductions), scheduled for at least 40 hours per week. Hours may vary based on business needs.

    Benefits :

    Participation in the company benefits plan is available after 90 days, including employer-paid health, dental, vision, and life insurance. Eligibility for Flexible PTO and Sick / Flex time begins after 90 days. A 401(k) plan is available after 1 year of employment.
