Position Overview : Term : 18 months

Location : Pomona, CA

Pay : $45.00 - $52.00

Hours : 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm

As the Project Manager, you will manage multiple workstreams to meet regulatory filing milestones and deliver a final regulatory product. Understand technical calculations, requirements, and strategies for regulatory chapters and filings they are responsible for executing. Be a subject matter expert for the portions of the regulatory filings, they are responsible for project managing.

Develop project schedules, call experts across the company to understand tasks, coordinate large meetings with stakeholders to develop solutions, run brainstorming sessions with technical experts and keep them on track to deliver products, develop presentations on recommended strategies for the regulatory filing, and write testimony within the regulatory filing itself that represents approved strategy from leadership.

What you will bring to the team :

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Typically possesses three to five years of experience in managing large scale projects and use of associated management tools and techniques. Demonstrated ability to develop requirements, adhere to schedules, develop and execute project plans, meet deadlines, operate under tight time constraints. Excellent written and verbal communications skills including the ability to communicate complex ideas and information to different audiences and levels.
