Global Supply Chain Lead - Power, Cooling, and Connectivity

ISCE Global Supply Chain Sourcing team has a mission to expertly plan and execute supply chain operations that guarantee the cost-effective and timely availability of essential data center equipment, ensuring best in class performance of Meta's data centers. We are looking for a Global Supply Chain Lead to help further our mission. The Global Supply Chain Lead will transform supply chain operations that enable Meta Data Center infrastructure to be completed on schedule and to our standard.

Responsibilities

Architect and lead the transformation of Meta's global supply planning processes, setting the strategy for best-in-class capacity optimization, business alignment, and transparent, executive-level supply communications across all internal and external stakeholders.

Establish and drive the publication of strategic build plans to supplier executives, leveraging advanced analytics to monitor lead times and production schedules, and proactively engaging cross-functional leadership teams to resolve deviations and mitigate risks to supply commitments.

Lead enterprise-wide risk management initiatives, collaborating with internal cross-functional leadership teams and supplier executive partners to conduct comprehensive capability assessments, streamline supplier operations, and implement innovative solutions that ensure supply chain resilience.

Continuously monitor and synthesize geopolitical, market, and technology trends, providing strategic guidance to Meta's leadership and cross-functional teams to anticipate and address supply / demand challenges and unlock new opportunities.

Drive operational readiness for new equipment, suppliers, and geographies at a global scale, orchestrating highly cross-functional programs that ensure seamless integration and readiness across all business units.

Serve as the executive point of contact for cross-functional program delivery, partnering with Geo Program Delivery Leads, Construction leadership, and General Contractor executives to resolve complex delivery issues, drive site prioritization, and secure schedule commitments.

Collaborate with demand management, procurement, and finance leadership to design and execute optimal fulfillment strategies, ensuring alignment with Meta's business objectives and maximizing value across the supply chain.

Co-lead the definition and execution of category strategies and business allocation plans with Sourcing & Quality leadership, facilitating executive-level supplier performance reviews and driving accountability through Integrated Product Teams.

Champion the implementation and adoption of next-generation capabilities, data systems, and performance metrics, setting new benchmarks for supply visibility, accuracy, and agility in partnership with cross-functional technology and analytics teams.

Cultivate and manage executive-level supplier relationships, establishing joint business review forums and continuous improvement programs that drive sustained performance and strategic alignment with Meta's long-term goals.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or supply chain management.

10+ years of supply chain and / or operations experience.

Proven track record in supply chain transformations.

Experience with supply chain fulfillment operations (forecasting, demand management, supply planning, order management, MPS / MRP, inventory control, logistics).

Experience improving and managing supplier performance and building relationships at the executive level.

Experience in collecting and analyzing information, problem-solve and driving solutions.

Experience in business judgment and creating executive communication / presentations.

Detail-oriented, ability to communicate complex problems and solutions at the leadership level, drive to collaborate, bias for action to close out problems.

Skilled in risk management (internal and external risks) and developing contingency plans.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in engineering or business administration preferred.

15+ years of supply chain experience.

Previous experience leading a supply chain team.

Prior experience in data center infrastructure, cloud industry or related field.
