What You'll Be Doing as a Staff Accountant :

As a Staff Accountant , you'll handle the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of properties. You'll be :

Managing day-to-day property accounting activities for six properties

Taking ownership of month-end close tasks and supporting financial reporting

Assisting with annual budgeting and property-level forecasting

Helping implement and improve the company's procurement process

Ensuring accurate coding, entries, and reconciliation of general ledger accounts

Collaborating with property managers and the senior accountant to troubleshoot and optimize operations

We're looking for a Staff Accountant who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You'll play a key role in streamlining financial processes and contributing to the team's overall success.

Qualifications :

2+ years of experience in accounting (property management a plus)

Strong Excel skills and familiarity with general ledger software

Great communicator who's not afraid to ask questions

Comfortable working independently and in a team setting
