Position : Business Development Gas Consultant
The Business Development Gas Consultant is responsible for managing and growing relationships with large industrial and commercial customers. We seek a motivated, customer-focused individual for customer growth, retention, and serving as a trusted advisor on natural gas solutions, pricing, and services.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure retention and growth with assigned accounts
- Educate customers on natural gas technologies, market trends, pricing structures, and energy efficiency
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and expedite renewals or service upgrades
- Grow and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding customer needs and presenting customized solutions
- Track usage trends and billing data; provide insights and recommendations to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams (billing, operations, regulatory) to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay current on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and market developments

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Energy Management, or related field, or 5+ years of experience in energy sales, account management (preferably in natural gas)Physical Requirements
