Customs Brokerage Representative

A company is looking for a Customs Brokerage Rep II to manage customs documentation and compliance remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare customs entries and coordinate freight delivery to designated locations

Communicate documentation discrepancies and follow up on the clearance process

Handle administrative tasks, including report preparation and maintaining client relationships

Required Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent

Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws, and regulations

Basic computer skills

Basic understanding of the harmonized tariff schedule (HS) system

Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S
