Job Description
Lead a team of highly experienced Customer Quality and Product Insights Engineers with primary focus on monitoring product performance at customer Integration and Field; identify problematic areas and issues that need quick resolution.
Ensure WD Quality leadership and Intimacy and Top QBR Customer Quality Rankings and Scores
Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams to resolve product related issues at customers.
Represent the Company, Quality Organization, and the Team in internal or customer-facing meetings.
Strong knowledge of quality and reliability and ability to drive issue resolution following 8D methodology.
High level of analytical skills, strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication (fluent in English, any other language is a plus) and presentation skills.
Resilient and able to deal with challenging situations.
Flexible to meet the demands of the role.
Quick learner - can pick up new tools for reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Storage industry with at least 5+ years of management experience in Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of professional experience.
Customer facing is preferred but not required
