Junior to Mid-Level Associate – Securities and Capital Markets Group (Fort Lauderdale)
Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a Junior to Mid-Level Associate in the Securities and Capital Markets Group, with our Public Company Advisory team, in our Fort Lauderdale office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of matters related to disclosure obligations under federal securities laws, compliance with listing standards, interactions with the SEC, and corporate governance needs. The ideal candidate will have at least two to five years of experience in public company advisory work, including drafting and reviewing Exchange Act filings, as well as advising clients on various securities law matters. This is a full-time position based in our Fort Lauderdale office.

Our Public Company Advisory team represents public company clients from diverse industries, including telecommunications, insurance, healthcare / life sciences, real estate / REITs, and retail / consumer services. We work with clients of various market capitalizations, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to newly‑public emerging growth companies and smaller reporting companies. Our team helps clients navigate critical times in their life cycles, advising on a broad range of U.S. securities laws, capital‑raising transactions, SEC no‑action letters, ongoing reporting requirements, and shareholder engagement.
We provide comprehensive advice on corporate governance, securities laws, and executive compensation, and keep our clients informed of recent developments and strategic trends in these areas.
