JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Our Registered Nurses are experienced in adult in-home health nursing. You will be responsible for planning, organizing and directing home healthcare services. Participate in the on-call rotation monthly which might include evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. Prime Home Health can provide you with an professional, experienced, supportive administrative team.

COVERAGE AREA

• Although we cover the greater San Antonio area, we strategically locate visits to keep your visits optimized in specific areas
