Service Coordinator Opportunity!

Our client in Warminster, PA is looking for a Service Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, organizational skills, and great time management. This person will ensure smooth day-to-day activities by managing technician schedules, handling customer communication, and coordinating with our suppliers and technical international partners. What will you be doing?

  • Organizing and managing the schedules of 45 field service technicians.
  • Dispatching technicians to customer sites based on priority and availability.
  • Communicating daily plans and adjustments to the service team.
  • Ordering and tracking spare parts / materials required by technicians.
  • Placing orders with our international partners for spare parts.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Assisting in resolving basic technical issues (electrical and mechanical) in collaboration with technicians.
  • Providing regular updates and reporting on service operations, parts, and customer issues.

    • What do you bring?

  • 6+ years' experience in a related field (Service Technician, Field Tech, etc.)
  • High School Diploma / GED.
  • Proactive skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking skills, and detailed oriented.
  • Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems (basic troubleshooting ability is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (French or Spanish language skills would be an advantage).
  • Proficient with office software (Excel, Word, Outlook, planning tools).
  • Customer-oriented with problem-solving mindset.
