SUMMARY
The Manager – Systems Administration is responsible for overseeing RealPage system administration, ticket prioritization, vendor relationships, and strategic system enhancements while ensuring fast response times and optimized system operations. They serve as the primary escalation point for complex RealPage issues, ensuring that system support functions efficiently while identifying opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness through AI-driven efficiencies and platform / systems integrations.
This role will provide leadership to the Systems Administrator, ensuring that daily ticket resolution, user management, and property onboarding run smoothly. Additionally, they will serve as the primary liaison between LDG, Solidago, and RealPage, managing this and other technology vendor relationships. They have a passion for ensuring system-wide improvements are effectively implemented.
This position will play a key role in aligning technology solutions with operational goals, ensuring that system settings, permissions, and automation efforts are fully leveraged for maximum efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to)
Real Page System oversight :
- Owns RealPage system administration at a strategic level, ensuring system settings and workflows support LDG and Solidago’s goals.
- Conducts annual or as-needed deep-dive review of RealPage settings for all products, roles / rights, permissions, and configurations.
- This individual will routinely evaluate RealPage capabilities, enhancements and product releases to ensure Solidago is leveraging all features with optimized efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Director of Operations to determine implementation strategies for new products or system changes.
- Proposes changes and best practices for workflows and settings to Director of Operations ensuring the platform is fully optimized across all departments.
- Monitors recurring system issues and works to develop long-term solutions, reducing inefficiencies and manual processes.
Ticket Management
Works with the Director of Operations to establish priority levels for support tickets, defining issue types and appropriate response times for each level.Manages RealPage support tickets by overseeing the Systems Administrators, ensuring tickets are categorized, distributed to appropriate teams, addressed, and resolved within established timelines.Serves as the primary escalation point for complex or system-wide RealPage issues, working directly with RealPage Support to drive timely resolutions.New Property Onboarding & System Implementation
Oversee the RealPage system setup for new properties, ensuring all operational, financial, and compliance-related configurations are properly implemented.Works closely with Compliance, Accounting, and Operations to ensure seamless RealPage integration for newly acquired properties.Provides technical oversight during property onboarding, ensuring system settings align with best practices and operational needs.Ensures that site teams are prepared for Go Dark and Post Migration periods by providing best practices and initial support once the property is live in RealPage.Training & Best Practices Coordination
Coordinates with the Director of Operations to provide materials for training.Supports training efforts by providing system insights and best practices, L&D facilitates formal training programs.Provide ongoing training for support teams as it relates to product enhancements, updates and best practices.Ensure end users understand new system features and changes, working with L&D to roll out updates.Technology Stack Development & AI Integration
Configure for deployment AI-driven automation platforms and other technology platforms that are fundamental to the centralization of Compliance and Operations.Oversee API and 3rd party platform integrations with RealPage products. Acts as a liaison between RealPage and our other tech partners to streamline back-end system setup.Contributes to the long-term strategy of integrating LDG and Solidago into a unified property management system.Data Integrity & Compliance Audits
Conducts periodic audits of RealPage configurations, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal policies.Works with Accounting, Operation, and Compliance teams to address discrepancies and maintain accuracy in system-generated reports.Implements best practices to improve reporting accuracy, user access security, and financial tracking.QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of experience in property management systems administration, IT support, or a related role.Experience with RealPage Unified Platform or similar property management software required.Strong understanding of system roles, permissions, and configurations.Experience in vendor management and issue escalation with software providers.Ability to analyze and optimize workflows to enhance system efficiency.Highly organized, with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to lead and support training efforts while working cross-functionally.Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into user- friendly language.BENEFITS

Employees working remotely are required to adhere to the same work schedule in effect at the office unless otherwise agreed to in writing with your manager as needed to support the Company’s business needs. Employees are expected to work a full eight (8) hour day and be available during these hours unless an alternate schedule is approved by the employee’s manager. Any need for time away from work for doctor’s appointments, errands, personal time, and vacation must be requested in advance and approved by the employee’s manager.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
To successfully perform the essential functions of this role, employees must be able to engage in routine physical activities, including standing, walking, climbing, stooping, squatting, and using their hands for typing and handling materials.
Employees must be capable of lifting or moving items up to 10 pounds and possess adequate visual abilities, including close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel may be required for training, property support, or other job-related needs.
