Role Overview : At the heart of our machining excellence lies your role as a CNC Machining Specialist, setting up and operating high-precision CNC machines. You'll also engage in the creation and adaptation of CNC programming to ensure our operations run optimally.

Key Responsibilities :

CNC Machining Mastery :

Conduct detailed set-up and execute quality machining operations, using detailed traveler guides and related documentation.

• Generate, modify, and use CNC program files, ensuring products align with quality standards. Each piece is inspected thoroughly before it moves on.
• Adherence to timeframes and planned schedules is crucial, as is maintaining machine cleanliness and tooling return post-project.
• Communicate with supervisors to address any challenges that arise dynamically.
• Flexibly switch to non-CNC tasks, ensuring operations run seamlessly at all times.
• Actively look for ways to refine set-ups and promote lean processes, communicating these to the appropriate team leads.
• Proficiently utilize the E2 management system for accurate job information entry.
• Strategize to meet and surpass cost expectations for all assignments.
