What to Expect

As the Sr. Manager, FP&A for Midstream Operations, you'll be the strategic finance leader for a dynamic business unit, overseeing all aspects of financial planning and analysis. You'll drive operational excellence, partner with cross-functional teams, and provide critical insights that shape the future of the organization. This high-impact role blends deep financial expertise with business acumen, leadership, and innovationempowering you to influence decisions at the highest levels.

What You'll Do

• Oversee financial reporting and analysis for Midstream operations, focusing on total operating cost, transportation, and long-haul results
• Develop and coordinate JV and partner budgets, and lead quarterly / annual financial meetings
• Supervise and mentor the FP&A team, setting clear objectives and driving high performance
• Lead economic analyses, including competitive trends, pricing, cash flow, and capital additions
• Prepare long-term profit / loss forecasts and facilitate management review of capital appropriations and expansion strategies
• Provide specialist advice on financial policies, procedures, and complex queries
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a robust internal control environment
• Manage risk management processes and contribute to policy development
• Lead special projects such as divestitures, acquisitions, and operational effectiveness reviews
• Build strong partnerships across finance, operations, and external stakeholders
• Present financial results and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and impact

Compensation Range : $176,400 - $215,600 annual base salary
