Job Description

Wood Personnel is currently hiring for a Lead Warehouse Inventory Specialist, and Associate Warehouse Inventory Specialists on 1st shift at a manufacturing facility located in the Franklin, TN area. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of cycle counting experience This is a temp to hire position with a company that offers excellent benefits once hired on.

Warehouse Inventory Specialist Compensation and Benefits :

$18 an hour depending on experience
Monday - Friday
1st shift : 8am – 4 : 30pm

Warehouse Inventory Specialist Skills and Qualification :

1-5 years of experience for Associate Warehouse Inventory Specialist

Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, & Outlook)

Strong mathematical skills

Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel

Must be available to work overtime as needed

Detail-oriented

Ability to multitask and be a self-starter

Ability to work well in a fast pace environment

Bilingual is a plus

Warehouse Inventory Specialist Duties and Responsibilities :

Perform physical inventory counts with a high degree of accuracy

Help maintain inventory accuracy by being key player in cycle count program

Understand warehouse layout and procedures to insure complete count

Verify part identification accuracy and location

Investigate discrepancies in inventory counts

Maintain a safe and clean work environment
