Responsibilities

• Lead and manage one or two engineering teams of senior ICs.
• Own end-to-end delivery : driving sprint execution, process rigor, and meeting product and business commitments.
• Set and uphold a high bar for engineering excellence, ensuring quality, reliability, and scalability.
• Contribute hands-on as a technical leader : designing, coding, reviewing, and shipping production-grade software.
• Coach, mentor, and grow team members to maximize performance and career growth.
• Partner closely with product management, product design, and business development on planning, prioritization, and roadmaps.
• Join customer demos and support enterprise engagements with technical expertise.
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

$225,000 - $300,000 a year
