Summary :
The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the aggressive and successful growth plans of the company. This position advises the Regional Sales Manager, VP of Sales and other members on all relevant issues relating to customer service but also acts on behalf of the company in any way necessary to support company initiatives and customer satisfaction. Through a methodical, respectful, constructive, and energetic style, the Inside Sales Coordinator provides the support, management, and vision to inspire a focus on operational excellence, people systems, productivity, and a bias towards action.

Work Environment / Physical Demands
This job operates in an office, warehouse, and production environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. 90% of time will be spent in an office environment lifting no more than 20lbs on occasion.
